General Kadijević has ordered a Cease-fire

Zagreb, 22 September - Radio Croatia announced that an agreement on a cease-fire was said to be reached today at 11 a.m. between the Republic of Croatia and the Yugoslav army. In this regard, General Veljko Kadijević ordered all units of the Yugoslav army to cease all attacks and movements today at 3 p.m. and thus put the cease-fire into effect. We have unofficial information stating that a similar order was issued by Croatian President, Dr. Franjo Tudjman.
