A third Yugoslavia or a united Serbia and Montenegro?

Belgrade, 23 September - Milenko Ribić, leader of the Movement for a United Serbia and Montenegro, has once again proposed the establishment of a state committee for national salvation. The main task of this committee is to call a constituent assembly of a third Yugoslavia. It is to be composed from Mr. Slobodan Milošević, Mr. Alija Izetbegović, Mr. Momir Bulatović and Mr. Milan Babič, as the representatives of those regions which are to be included into a third Yugoslavia. Before the constituent assembly is called, the Movement proposes to recognize Slovenia and establish diplomatic relations with this republic. The Movement, for Croatia and Macedonia, proposes a conditional recognition of independence. If their proposal is not accepted, then their Movement will stand for a united Serbia and Montenegro.
