Polls Close in Referendum on the Erased
Ljubljana, 4 April - Some 3,390 polling stations around Slovenia have closed in what was the first referendum this year. Voters were deciding whether the technicalities act on the erased should be implemented. While preliminary unofficial results are to be released later tonight, official results are to be out only after Easter. Only 23.57 percent of some 1.6 million eligible voters turned out to vote at the polling stations by 4 PM.
