LDS Dismisses Opposition Calls for Early Elections
Ljubljana, 5 April - The ruling Liberal Democracy (LDS) party has dismissed calls for early general elections that the opposition Slovenian Democrats (SDS) voiced after Sunday's referendum on the erased, and stressed that the referendum turnout was very low. Those 70 percent who did not go to the polls have proved that Slovenia is not a xenophobic country, chair of the LDS council Gregor Golobic told the press Monday.
