Citizens from Newcomers Advised to Use Passports
Brussels, 6 April - The European Commission on Tuesday advised the citizens of Slovenia and the other nine countries to join the EU on 1 May to continue to use passports rather than identity cards when travelling to destinations in the EU for a while beyond the enlargement date.
