Inflation Down, But Still High, European Commission Says

Brussels, 7 April - Slovenia has seen a marked decline in inflation over the past two years - from 8.6 percent in 2001 to 5.7 percent in 2003 - but it is still very high, the European Commission says in its spring economic forecast that was released on Wednesday.
