LJUBLJANA - Parliament is to continue its emergency session at 10 AM by adopting a stance on the proposed constitutional changes that would make pensions a constitutionally-guaranteed right. Leaving constitutional matters behind, lawmakers are to discuss the income tax bill, amendments to the act on excise duty, act on motor vehicle tax, banking act, act on trust funds and public procurement audit act. LJUBLJANA - The government is to hold a weekly session at 10 AM to examine among other items the amendments to the companies act. (STA)
ANKARA, Turkey - Minister of the Interior Rado Bohinc, who is continuing a two-day official visit to Turkey, is to sign with his Turkish counterpart Abdulkadir Aksu a bilateral agreement on fighting drug-trafficking and international terrorism.
WICKLOW, Ireland - Europe Minister Janez Potocnik is to conclude a two-day working visit to Ireland, where he is attending "Communicating Europe", an informal ministerial conference organised by the Irish EU presidency.
