Ljubljana, 30 September - DNEVNIK: INCREDIBLE ACCUSATIONS - The European Community and the president of the conference on Yugoslavia Lord Carrington, should do everything to extend the moratorium. Thus, the one-sided parcelling of Yugoslavia would be prevented, which is the intention of Slovenia and probably also Croatia in the first days of October, said Alexander Mitrovic, vice-president of the Yugoslav Federal Executive Council.
