HR Court Wants to Hear All Arguments, Gabrovec Says
Ljubljana, 8 April - Slovenia's high representative for succession issues has said that the decision of the European Court of Human Rights to hear a case brought by three Croatians suing Slovenia over the debt of a now-defunct Slovenian bank means simply that the court would like to hear all the arguments in the case.
