Slovenia and Croatia to Launch Preparations for Arbitration
Ljubljana, 9 April - Slovenian and Croatian officials believe that time has come to launch negotiations about the "framework, subject and context" of arbitration on the common border, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said following Friday's talks with his Croatian counterpart. He added that the groundwork for arbitration could be made ready by the end of the year.
