Tudjman replies to Supreme Command warning

Zagreb, 1 October - Replying to the warning by the YA Supreme Command Headquarters which was sent to the president of Croatia and the Yugoslav government, Croatian president Franjo Tudjman proposed total ceasefire in the spirit of the agreements signed by the representatives of Croatia, Serbia and the Yugoslav army, and subsequent negotiations on the settling of mutual relations, the latter relating to army's withdrawal to barracks and its total withdrawal from Croatia.
