Slovenian Assembly adopts decisions and standpoints
Ljubljana, 2 October - The Slovenian Assembly has at its joint session adopted decisions and standpoints about further steps in realization of independence after expiration of the three month moratorium period. After October 7th, the date on which moratorium period expires, all resistibilities which the Republic of Slovenia excepted by singing the Brioni Declaration, are no longer binding. It was emphasized that all demands of the joint Declaration were not implemented, for which Slovenia does not bear the responsibility, since it did all that was demanded by the signing of the Declaration. Slovenia is still interested to solve all open issues related to separation from the rest of Yugoslavia through agreement. It is also prepared for participation at the Hague conference. The Assembly adopted the following decisions and standpoints:
