Interest in Insurer Triglav Shares Estimated at EUR 60M
Ljubljana, 19 April - The Slovenian Restitution Fund (SOD), the custodian of the state's stake in Zavarovalnica Triglav, has received 1,404 claims by legal entities to acquire 37 percent of Slovenia's largest insurer. How many of the claimants will actually get shares will not be known until these have been processed, but SOD director says they expect to give away a little below 75 percent of the shares offered in a deal worth SIT 14.5bn (EUR 60m).
