VAT Act Brought in Line with EU Regulations
Ljubljana, 20 April - Parliament on Tuesday amended the value-added tax act, one of EU-compatible pieces of legislation that Slovenia has to adopt before becoming a full-fledged EU member on 1 May. The changes relate to new VAT rules for gas and electricity introduced by the European directive of October 2003.
