Former Croatian FM Musing on Rupel's Departure
Zagreb, 21 April - Davorin Rudolf, Croatia's foreign minister at the time when the country gained independence, wonders whether Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel could be leaving his office after his fallout with newly-appointed Minister Zdenka Cerar. In his view published in Wednesday's issue of a Croatian paper, Rudolf says that Rupel has always acted obstinately in defending Slovenian national interests even when he was not right.
