Insurance Act Amended
Ljubljana, 21 April - The parliament has passed amendments to the insurance act, supplementing it with EU provisions regarding capital adequacy, the work of independent insurance agents and the bankruptcy of insurance companies. The changes were confirmed Wednesday as part of the parliament's push to adopt EU-compatible legislation before the 1 May EU entry.
