MPs Pass Anti-Discrimination Bill

Ljubljana, 22 April - Parliament passed a bill on equal treatment in a 42:1 vote on Thursday, paving the way for the advocacy of the principle of equality. Within three months after the new act takes effect, an advocate will start operating at the Government Office for Equal Opportunities that will deal with violations of the non-discrimination principle.
