NATO Secretary General Sees Alliance Air Space as One

Ljubljana, 23 April - As NATO Secretary General Jaap De Hoop Scheffer gave an interview for daily Dnevnik, he reiterated that NATO controls the air space of the alliance. According to him, there is not such thing as a Slovenian air space or a Baltic one, there is only a single NATO air space. When these countries joined NATO their air space became the responsibility of the alliance, he told Friday's edition of the daily.
