Gov't Endorses Clearing Debt Memorandum with Russia
Ljubljana, 29 April - The cabinet passed a decree on Thursday ratifying the memorandum that settles the clearing debt of the Soviet Union to the former Yugoslavia. The document, signed last year between the Russian government and the governments of Slovenia and four other successors to Yugoslavia, sets the debt at 1.29 billion clearing dollars.
