EU Entry: Opposition Leaders Welcome the EU at Skofije

Škofije, 1 May - Slovenia legitimately celebrates today, as full EU membership offers us an opportunity to live to see a golden age in the next decade, opposition leader Janez Jansa said Friday evening at the central EU accession ceremony in SW Slovenia. The event at the Skofije-Rabuiese border crossing with Italy was attended by opposition leaders, local officials and guests from Italy and Croatia.
