EU Entry: People Pay Tribute to Enlargement at Austrian Border
Radlje ob Dravi, 1 May - Some 2,000 people gathered on the Slovenian-Austrian border crossing Radelj to celebrate Slovenia's EU entry on Saturday. Among those attending the event were European Agriculture Commissioner Franz Fischler, Slovenian Agriculture Minister Milan Pogacnik, Styrian Governor Waltraud Klasnic and Bishop of Graz Egon Kapellari, who gave a short mass.
