Press Freedom in Slovenia Reasonably Good
Ljubljana, 3 May - Slovenia places 41st on the global press freedom rankings of the NGO Freedom House. This puts it in the company of countries whose media are labelled as free, but the Slovenian Journalists' Association (DNS) nevertheless highlighted problematic ownership concentration and the resulting threat to media freedom on World Press Day.
