Conference Highlights Delays in Railway Construction

Portorož, 3 May - Participants of an international conference on the 5th Pan-European Corridor highlighted on Monday that the implementation of the 1994 EU railway construction plan lags behind considerably since as much as 50 percent of railway connections will fail to be built by 2010.
