Tool Maker Unior Places Bid for Ski Resort Krvavec

Ljubljana, 4 May - Unior Zrece, a leading maker of tools, has acted on a promise made earlier in the year and issued a public bid for the takeover of 100 percent of ski resort manager RTC Krvavec. The bid for all 1,155,734 shares expires on 31 May.
