Higher Court Overturns Quadruple Murder Acquittal

Celje, 4 May - The senate of the Celje Higher Court has overturned a decision of the Celje District Court which acquitted Kristjan Kamenik, suspected of quadruple murder, of all charges last June. The process will thus begin anew at the first-degree court, but Kamenik will probably not be able to appear as he has recently been arrested in Belgrade and charged with drug trafficking.
