Delo Says Slovenians Are "Victims of Democratic Surplus"

Ljubljana, 5 May - If the EU citizens are the victims of the so-called democratic deficit because all the important matters are decided upon by the governments of the member states, the Slovenians are the victims of the surplus of parliamentary democracy, a commentary claims on Wednesday.
