Who Is Janez Potocnik?

Ljubljana, 5 May - The European Parliament has approved Janez Potocnik of Slovenia one of ten new European Commissioners who are joining European Commission President Romano Prodi for a six-month stint in Brussels. A non-partisan economist, Potocnik was Slovenia's minister of European affairs from January 2002 to April 2004.
