Mediterranean Countries Have to Be Part of Europe, FM Rupel Says

Dublin, 6 May - The EU is an excellent instrument of co-operation and reconciliation, and has proved in the past that it can bridge differences, said Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel in his address at the conclusion of the Mid-Term Ministerial Meeting of Euro-Mediterranean Foreign Ministers in Dublin on Thursday.
