Tenants of Denationalised Apartments Seek Justice at European Court
Ljubljana, 6 May - Over 400 tenants of denationalised apartments have filed an appeal at the European Court of Human Rights urging it to examine their legal status. They say their human rights had been violated by the state because of forced deprivation of housing rights and discriminatory privatisation of apartments that used to be public property.
