Muntalto Becomes Owner of 71.84-Percent Stake in Liv Postojna

Postojna, 7 May - In its bid for shares of plastics maker Liv Postojna, which expired at the end of April, the Amsterdam-based Muntalto obtained 19,957 shares. Muntalto thus holds a 71.84-percent stake in the Slovenian company, as it already owned 96,135 shares (59.48 percent) of Liv Postojna before the bid was published.
