LA VALLETTA, Malta - Regional Development Minister Zdenka Kovac is to wrap up a three-day official visit to Malta.

BERLIN, Germany - A delegation of the Youth Party (SMS), headed by party president Dominik S. Cernjak, is to attend a convention of the German Green Party, Cernjak is scheduled to meet Joschka Fischer, Germany's foreign minister and head of the Green Party.

LJUBLJANA - The Slovenian World Congress is to celebrate Europe Day.

LJUBLJANA - A traditional, 35-kilometre walk around Ljubljana - along the historical border of the occupied Ljubljana, which was liberated on 9 May 1945 - is to take place.

LJUBLJANA - The Million Marihuana March will take place in Ljubljana between 3 and 9 PM, organised by the Students' Organisation of the University of Ljubljana.

VRSIC - The Tour of Slovenia, Slovenia's biggest cycling race, is to continue with the 139-kilometre long mountain stage from Bace to Vrsic. (STA)
