Euro Arrest Warrant Act Comes into Force on 1 May
Ljubljana, 10 May - As Slovenia joined the EU, the act on the European arrest warrant and surrender procedures came into force on 1 May. The European arrest warrant was agreed upon by the EU member states in order to facilitate law enforcement across the EU.
