EU Reform One of Top Priorities at Agriculture Ministry
Ljubljana, 13 May - After taking over the Agriculture Ministry a few weeks ago, the new Agriculture Minister Milan Pogacnik spent most of his first days in office examining the ministry's 2004 budget, as it turned out that money from this year's budget was taken to finance some of the 2003 projects, the minister told the press Thursday.
