Either all or none of the members of the Yugoslav Presidency can go to The Hague

Ljubljana, 16 October - Members of the Presidency of Yugoslavia from the so called Serbian block present at todays session in Belgrade decided to send a letter to the chairman of the Hague conference Lord Carrington an the chairman of the Ministerial Council of the EC Van den Broek, that at the Hague conference Yugoslavia can be represented only by all the members of the Presidency, or by none.
