Ljubljana, 15 May - It turned out that there was no real reason for war against Iraq in 2003 and it showed that such a war does not end with a success. A preemptive war is not a good strategy and that is the main lesson, so that countries will from now on thoroughly consider before using such kind of force, Danilo Tuerk, an assistant UN secretary-general, said in a interview for Delo.
