Ljubljana, 17 May - The world is changing into a global human trafficking market where all that matters is not principles but haggling. It was slaves that used to be traded in, while today computer experts, engineers and managers are being stolen, a leading local paper notes in Monday's edition underscoring that Slovenia has done nothing to prevent a brain drain.
