Anti-Monopoly Office Okays Two Takeovers

Ljubljana, 17 May - The Competition Protection Office (CPO) has issued an approval to the acquisition of capacitator maker Iskra Kondenzatorji by electronics group Iskra. The office has also given the takeover of construction company SCT by Delfi its stamp of approval after it concluded that in both cases concentration was in accordance with competition regulations, says information posted on the web pages of Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
