Kompas MTS Joins Mercator in Challenging Sunday Shopping Ban

Ljubljana, 17 May - Kompas MTS, which runs a chain of retail stores at border crossings, has joined Slovenia's leading retailer Mercator in challenging Article 17 of the act on trade, which restricts the opening hours of stores on Sundays. The retailer asked the Constitutional Court to examine the constitutionality of Article 17.
