Ljubljana, 19 May - It is not very unusual that the company at table of the intergovernmental conference on a restart of negotiations on the constitutional treaty of the enlarged EU are wagering, making high demands, while hiding their cards to get as much as they can at the moment of truth, a paper says commenting on the latest round of talks in the EU.
