The Italian parliamentary Commission on Foreign Politics to propose diplomatic recognition of Slovenia

Ljubljana, 17 October - The Slovenian Prime Minister Mr. Lojze Peterle was notified by the Italian parliament that its commission on Foreign Politics decided to propose diplomatic recognition of Slovenia. The ensuing steps will be decided upon next week, stated the press representative of the Government.
