MPs Says Slovenia's Positions on Constitutional Treaty Clear
Ljubljana, 21 May - Slovenia has formed "clear, substantive" positions to be advocated at the intergovernmental conference on the EU constitutional treaty. This includes insisting on qualified majority - except for tax issues - and the one-state-one-commissioner principle, vice-chair of the parliamentary European affairs commission said Friday.
