FM Rupel More Optimistic about EU Constitution Talks

Brussels, 24 May - The readiness for compromise has increased to that until the end of June, the EU constitutional treaty might be confirmed, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said after Monday's round of negotiations on the EU constitution. The Union has started moving towards a compromise even in the key open issue of decision-making in the EU Council, he said.
