Another Referendum Initiative to Be Sent to Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 24 May - The parliament's legal service believes that the latest initiative for a referendum on the systemic bill on the erased is again unclear and unprecise. Speaker Borut Pahor therefore proposed on Monday that the parliament establish that a referendum cannot be called based on this initiative, and that the Constitutional Court reach the final decision.
