Croatia Demands the Yugoslav Army's Plan of Withdrawal
Zagreb, 20 October - Representative of the General Command of the Croatian army who is participating in negotiations with the Yugoslav army, Colonel Imra Agotić, announced last night that Croatia is prepared to de-blokade the army barracks, however under the condition that the Yugoslav army hands over its plan to withdraw its forces from Croatian territory.
