Public Sector Wages to Increase 2.5% in July

Ljubljana, 27 May - Some 150,000 public sector employees look set to see their wages increase by 2.5 percent on 1 July, after the government on Thursday confirmed an agreement on amendments to the act on public sector wages that negotiators reached in the early morning hours. The government has proposed that the parliament pass the amendments in urgent procedure.
