Rašeta: The Army will not Occupy Dubrovnik

Zagreb, 20 October - "The army may withdraw from Croatia before November 10, the deadline which was set by the Government of the Republic of Croatia, if the Croatian army de-blokades the barracks of the Yugoslav army, " said General Andrija Rašeta prior to the continuation of the negotiations between representatives of the Yugoslav army and the General Command of the Croatian army. He added, that he is not satisfied with the course of the negotiations. General Rašeta is willing to sign an agreement on the exchange of prisoners today. According to him, there were no battles in Croatia today, and with the exception of the breach of the cease-fire in Vukovar and Kuparih, the army will not occupy Iloka nor Dubrovnik.
