Ljubljana, 30 May - Jiri Varnek of the Czech Republic is the winner of the Ljubljana Open. Winning the EUR 25,000 tournament for the second year running, Varnek beat Germany's Bjoern Phau in Sunday's final with 5:7, 6:1, 7:6 (5).
