Unior Zrece Succeeds with Takeover Bid for Krvavec
Zreče, 1 June - Unior Zrece, a company specialising in toolmaking and tourism, has acquired 94.3 percent of the ski resort RTC Krvavec in a takeover bid that expired on 31 May. The bank SKB, which had been the majority owner of the troubled resort, accepted the takeover offer of SIT 100 (EUR 0.42) per share, Unior reported Tuesday.
