Ljubljana, 13 June - The supervisory council of Zavarovalnica Triglav, the leading Slovenian insurer, last week proposed that the insurer's AGM, scheduled for July, file a lawsuit for damages against the former chief executive Nada Klemencic and former supervisory board chairman Milan Marolt. Economics Minister Matej Lahovnik discussed business cooperation with Macedonian and Moldovan counterparts, while the Institute for Macroeconomic Analyses and Development (IMAD) retained its economic growth forecast for the year at 3.6 percent, although analysts allow for two alternative scenarios.
