LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to attend a new round of intergovernmental talks on the constitutional treaty at the last meeting of EU foreign ministers ahead of the EU summit. Also attending the debates on the preparations for the summit will be Europe Minister Milan M. Cvikl. (STA)
LONDON, Great Britain - Foreign Ministry State Secretary Samuel Zbogar, who is in charge of preparations for Slovenia's OSCE chairmanship in 2005, is to attend consultations about the OSCE with Great Britain.
DENVER, United States - Defence Ministry State Secretary Milan Jazbec and Deputy Chief-of-Staff of Slovenian Armed Forces, Brigadier Anton Turk, are to pay an official visit to the Colorado Army National Guard until Friday.
